Recognizing that we are experiencing major shifts and changes, past, present and future, in our Selves and the Universe, the intention for this group is:

• To provide a safe, gentle place for us to let go of outdated habits, old beliefs and blocks that keep us from fully being OUR TRUE SELVES.
• To provide informational and experiential opportunities for further personal awareness and growth.
• To better support our Higher Selves, by creating a “New” Foundation of Wholeness and Oneness.
• To join and share with others who support our continuing growth and empowerment; and realize we are not alone in this changing and sometimes challenging time.
• While we continue this sacred journey of growth and “Restructuring”, to share and normalize the physical and/or psychic symptoms we are experiencing.

BEGINS: TUESDAY, JANUARY 16, 2007.   This is an Ongoing Series that will meet every 1st and 3rd Tuesday evenings monthly through May.  For group continuity, an initial 4 session commitment is required.

ARCHETYPES OF THE FEMININE:
Maiden, Mother, Wise Woman

Archetypes are a psychic force providing the momentum for life stage transitions. We recognize the importance of a community of women in opening ourselves to the transformative and healing energy available during these Rites of Passages.

Class Series Description

Whether you are a teenage girl or a mature woman, we begin this series of classes with the Maiden. We will celebrate together this life transition from childhood to womanhood, through empowering and healing experiences. The Mother archetype follows and is perhaps the most complex and rich in the mythology of the goddess. Through sharing historical information, ritual and celebration of this archetype in all of us, we will explore the positive aspects of being a woman. As we complete this series of classes, the Wise Woman archetype recognizes the third stage of a woman’s life. Intuitive wisdom accompanies a woman throughout her life, but is most trusted and functions as the focus of her energy more markedly in this later stage. We will explore, recognize and celebrate the contributions the wise woman in each of us can make.
