What is Holistic
Psychotherapy?
It means:
- Seeing clients
as whole, healthy individuals.
- Including
all aspects of the individual – Mental, Physical, Emotional
and Spiritual.
- Looking
at the mind, body and spirit of a person, as well as the environment
in which they live.
Holistic Psychotherapy
helps facilitate personal discovery, growth, development and healing.
With healing comes the ability to live a more fulfilled and happy
life. Healing does more than change, it transforms.
